We have insurance with Petshealth care plan. We had to file a claim when our cat had to have surgery for skin cancer. The bill was close to S700. We took great care to make sure we followed the contract to the tee, not missing anything and made sure the vet did not do anything that was not covered in the contract. They denied most of claim saying it was not covered in the plan period and the cost were not reasonable. We have filed an appeal, also with the department of insurance and the BBB. Beware of this scam, the complaint about this company is the same all over the internet people have posted the same reason why their claims were denied. We have been with this company for 6 yrs and taken great care as to not encur any cost on our part or there's.
