On 3/24, I spoke with agent Amy who was very rude. I am a permanent disabled veteran and I had participated in the [gift for site program]. However, my eye glasses are to0 strong, I got the prescription at this location but they were made at the SanFrancisco location. Your agent amy said she is not going to argue with me, and I have to"pay" when she asked me about my glasses. I do not appreciate being talked to like that, and I don't see why they could not make a exception.in addition I had a single vision and a reading vision but I could not handle looking between the two. Customer service is very important for business and I hope the cooperate office can assist me in this matter.
