Rate scam

Signed up with ENERGY PLUS with promise of lower rates.

Called when my 2nd bill had a much higher rate than any other company.
Was told "need to avg. Several months" to see 'competitive rate'.
When my 3rd bill arrived I was paying $ 0.139 pkh when going rate was $ 0.067 to $ 0.096

I changed back to my original provider and am writing to Energy Plus,
Pa. Utilities Comm, Pa Attorneys General, and Tx. Attorneys General... Just for starters.

I am looking for anyone who knows about a class action filing.

Seems like this must be illegal... And if not, it should be. Unbelievable.
