I needed to upgrade my phone and never really had any major problems. I received a call that sprint pcs had some discounts rebates for upgrading my phone so i called their service reps to see if i could replace my phone at a reasonable price.
There rep quoted me prices on certain phones and my final prices without mail-in rebates (which i had a problem with their company back in 98). I got all the info and went to their store service center. Their sales rep was rude and told me i had to pay all up front and wait however long for the rebates.
I called their customer service center and was told another story with another set of prices. I was disgusted and hung up. I have sent a letter to their corp offices to complain.
