I am absolutely disgusted with sprint. The customer service is ridiculous and service sucks. I canceled my service 2 days after the new cycle started and was told on two occasions that on my final bill I would receive a credit because I only used 2 days of service. Now I have received the final bill but I was not credited any money for the 28 days that the service was not used. I called customer service and now they are changing their story and saying that even though I only used 2 days of service, they are still charging me the full amount and that I am not getting any credit. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you are considering sprint service, run. It's a terrible company. Bad phone service and customer service. Your money is totally spent better at any other cell phone carrier.
