I was in the same situation as the one lady who reported this. I did indeed order products from fingerhut many years ago but never recieved them. This is so frustrating. I refuse to pay for these items that I never recieved and yet they had no interest in hearing what I had to say. They just wanted the money for the products. This is still on my credit and continues to create a problem for me. This happened to me back in 1999 and its still on my report. Someone should be able to do something about this.
