Our company had the unfortunate experience to purchase our copier and maintenance service from California Office Systems. They NEVER came out to maintain our machine on a routine maintenance. When we called to discuss these issues with them, they were rude and not helpful at all. We purchased our copier outright and had the manufacturer (Toshiba) come out to check out the machine. Toshiba updated the software (that had NEVER been done since the original purchase 5 years previous). I called COS out and asked them to do the updates. The guy came out and made excuses and said he needed to download "new" software" and would be back. He never returned and they never did the update maintenance. There was a list Toshiba left us that gave us a list of things that should have been done at certain points in the copiers life. I called up COS to inform them of this and they told us that they would not be doing the maintenance Toshiba required. They basically told us "if it's not broke, we aren't fixing it".
This has been the worst customer service as well as the rudest company all around I have ever delt with.
DO NOT BUY A COPIER OR SERVICE AGREEMENT from them, you will be sorry and regret it.
