My daughter purchased a gift certificate for me for Christmas. 2 call computer out. 2calls no answer. 3 messages left. Noresponse

This gift certificate was bought as a Christmas present. We would like to purchse more tickets so that other family members could go, but will not book through this company. This gift certificte will expire in December and I would like to use it.
