I ordered a pillow for a Christmas gift and was lied to about when it would get here

I ordered a pillow for my sister-in-law's Christmas gift on December 13th. On December 20th I was told by 2 different employees (Erika & Patricka) it had shipped 2nd day air and would arrive by Christmas. On December 22nd I was told it was shipped ground and would arrive December 26th.
