After signing a 2 yr contract on 11/28/03, I discovered I received no signals at my residence. Repeatedly complained for first two weeks with cust. Serv. & store. Demanded my contract be cancelled on 12/29/03, another month has past and service is still on and contract not cancelled. According to the CTIA Consumer Code I never received a map depicting my voice coverage area, never received a trial period. They are in violation of the CTIA Consumer Code Act.
I went to three Cingular stores to get this terminated because the first store sent me to the second store, and second store sent me to the third store and end result was no resolution.
Phones have been packed away in original packaging since Dec. 29. Contract still running, bills keep coming in, no one will cancel the contract effective back to Dec. 29.
