Signed contract for Wireless plan for two phones, with Mobile to Mobile service included.
Discovered that the charges listed on the bill for the past eleven (11 MONTHs) of $4.99 for each phone, were ON TOP OF the already included phones service of $39.99 PLUS $19.99!
Per DANA POWELL (who handled my ANGER very well, thank you!) and who was permitted to apply a back dated three (3) month correction, "No, you cannot speak to a supervisor, it is in your contract, that we are not liable for refunds or mistakes past three (3) months"!
So, because of the non-itemized billing of the initial services, on each printed and each computer listed billing, I have been defrauded of $14.22 in fees, taxes, etc. PER MONTH, for 8 months, for a total of $113.76!
I DID mention that AT&T (among others) is offering the same services with two FREE NEW phones, with UNLIMITED mobile to mobile, for a total of under $55.00 PER MONTH, INCLUDING TAXES!!! My contract with Cingular is up on December 14th, and I can't wait!!!
I also NEED to persue them for those fraudulent overcharges!!!
