I hired Caree to complete my bankruptcy paperwork filing and assist me with the court system. I had nothing but problems with her from day one with her office staff. They do nothing but procrastinate on the work that they have to do and make excuses for themselves. I have contacted them many times to make sure that my reaffirmation agreements were sent out to all of my lenders and she swore that they were. Come to find out that one lender recieved them the day before my bankruptcy was to be over and the other received it the next day after it was to be over! Now, because her staff waited so long, my bankruptcy has been held up and not yet been closed. She stated that now there will have to be another court hearing and that she is going to charge us more money. Well, I'm thinking it should come from her pocket!
