Annette Powell calls bankruptcy people into her office with not experience in the field. When she hires someone she has not patience. She has high turnover. When I was trying to help her build her firm, she has such little interpersonal skills that it was embarrassing. She told me about how much wine she loves to drink, and could not even make it in on a Saturday morning because she was "Hungover". Annette may have passed the bar, but so did 198 other attorneys last February.
Annette seems like uneasy non docile shark, which is usually a sign of heavy drinking. She wants money for what she has no idea how to do. I helped her get the books, taught of the program, and then she went for every client I had marketed, and paid me no money.
Not only that, she is a creditor, so if a client walks in that building, and she represents a creditor, she will and can collect on behalf of that creditor. At that point she also has all of your personal information, and does not have to pay an employee to skip trace you.
It is unethical for Annette to take your case. She is suffering from a sickness, and does not know how to control herself. I would not trust her with a 10 foot pole.
