I also was ripped off by Premier Estate Liquidators. I'm an attorney in Miami who purchased earrings on the television for my girlfriend's Christmas gift. Premier Estate Liquidators cashed my check and never sent me the merchandise. Needless to say, I was in the doghouse at Christmas time.

You need to act quickly —premier estate liquidators has gone out of business. They have assigned their assets over to michael moecker & associates, inc.— a notice of assignment has been filed in the eighteenth judicial circuit in and for seminole county, florida; case no.: 04-ca-296-16-k;
You need to file a proof of claim by june 3 in order to have the claim considered by the court; you can get the form by calling the following:
