In may I ordered two seperate items from Premier estate/exreem shopping network. Both Items were rings.
Item #1 was a diamond and emerald ring $675 dollars
Item # 2 was a tanzanite and diamond ring $ 900 dollars
To bad iordered the second item before i got the first, they both arrived within days of each other looking nothing like the items on the tv. Very disatisfied. I excercised the 30 day retun policy, returning both thru registered insured mail. The poastal service confirmed both were signed for by premier.
I contacted premier several times only to be told time after time the refund was coming, it never did. They would not give out a physical address of there location. They do not answer there phones now and any e-mails you send are returned undeliverable. I beleive they are operating under a new name after ripping off hundreds. I beleive they are connected with extreem shopping network and may be one in the same co.
Any jewejry show that will not give out there actual address is probobally these grifters.
How can we go aftyer this out fit and seize assetts!!!
