And so I purchased a notebook from Office Website in December. I determined that since it was a notebook and I'd be pulling everywhere with me, I Would purchase the prolonged support strategy that allows one to ostensibly deliver finished in if something fails. Well, in November, my built-in wireless card quit functioning. And so I delivered it in. Well I obtain the factor back plus they not just removed my drive and place an email within the container stating they could not re install the OS since my windows tag about the base of the notebook was unreadable, but I found discover (once I reinstalled the OS myself), they did not actually repair the wireless card. It is today Friday evening and nothing indicates up. I paid $250 for that * warranty. Exactly what a rip-off.
