Avoid digital surprise!
Your firm bought An Electronic Surprise Pc for just one of our clients this past year.invested over $4,000 for this. We're some type of computer company on the East Coast, and our client was enthusiastic about having "the best" pc to operate his company.
In a nutshell, we named DS for aid using their platform late November. They delivered me a brand new lover to displace one about the water cooling device. Required me one hour to displace the very thing... But that did not repair the problem...
Soon afterwards, we got the BSOD - appears the E/S was damaged and also the RAID Variety was damaged, as well as their program wouldn't study a Windows Fix DVD they'd provided.
They might not (wouldn't) assist us within the telephone, therefore we requested to deliver the pc back again to DS for restoration. Because my client did not maintain the initial container, DS wouldn't permit us to deliver the pc back — so that they delivered me a box from California via Fedex Ground. It got per week for that container showing up. They "forgot" to deliver across the return Fedex Tag, therefore it got another 3 times before Fedex showed up to choose the container up. It delivered to California via Fedex Ground (another week). Altogether, I Have settled over $200 for "delivery", such as the price of the fresh "container"
Today it has been resting within their look for over per week, and we got a contact today requesting us to complete an RMA form. That instantly explained they havenot actually attempted to focus on the computer however.
I've an extremely angry client that's been without his pc for more than 6 months today...
Please - take my guidance and AVOID ELECTRONIC SURPRISE!!!
