I thought it would be sweet to order a sort of keepsake book for me and my boyfriend of 7 years for Christmas. I found Nostalgia Publishing online and read the supposed testimonials to it being a really reputable site. I looked around, found something I liked and made sure to read the return policy just in case. (http://whenwefirstmet.com/faq. Shtml#q7) When I received the item I was not happy and the date was incorrect. I promptly called them and received a voicemail, so I left a message. I think decided as a backup to also contact them via Email. This was January 5th. Well within my 30 days as stated on the website. After 2 days of no contact I decided to call and email again. No response. I attempted numerous other times and have received no answer. It is now February 14th and still no answer, no refund and no fixed item. I have no decided that I need to take this up with this site as well as the better business bureau. Businesses who follow these sorts of practices should no be in business.
