Have not recieved ordered item from 21 days ago will not answer phone or email but they have taken the money out off my account 20 days ago no order conformation on item from then sae recording on ph

I ordered an item on 12/9 the company took payment on 12/10 i have not received item nor an email conformation and they will not answer the phone or email no tracking info was sent same message with no answer. I have left numerous voice mails and email with no return
