He scouts for contracting massage therapists, estheticians, stylists with some not even licensed by the state of IL and promises to pay 35-50% of services conducted. At the end of the day after servicing 6-10 clients he pays with either a bad check or cash, paying out $6 per client serviced and although every client paid tips he doesn't even give the tips to the employees, HE KEEPS THE TIPS!
