Unauthorized towing, i park my car on visitor's parking lot

I have a rent a car. I park it on visitor's parking lot. I know where to park cause they already towed me one time and i talked to my landlord where to park.

I already been parking the car for almost 10 days. Last night they towed the car. Illegally.
