Central payment made verbal promises that were never kept

Central payment made false statements to switch me over from my original credit card processing. They told me that they would pay for the cancelation fee from my other company and they told me if i closed my buisness early (i was in the middle of a liquor license application with the state) i would not be charged a cancelation fee as long as i provided dissolution papers to them. Well i was charged $500 by my other credit card processing company and they also charged me $550 even after i faxed them my dissolution papers from my landlord and i also sent them the paper stating i was denied my liquor licensees. So now im out of $1050.00. Ive tried to call CPC and dispute the charges numerous times and left 4 voice mails, but once i got ahold of the supervisor Sandra i was immediately put on hold for over 45min before my cell phone died. Not one time did she click over to talk to me OR return my phone calls. Very bad business
