They had their representative from TORO Merchant Solutions solicit me for my credit card changes, changing from Instant Processing to Central Payment Corp. I told them from the beginning that I cannot have any down time when they make the transition from Instant Processing to Central Payment Corp, they said no problem. It has been 3 months and Central Payment Corp is hitting my account for fees that they are not earning. They are not processing any of my credit card changers, Instant Processing is. I have called TORO Merchant Services and Central Payment Corp with no response, or they will get back with me, they never do. They will not let me cancel my contract with them and they will not solve the problem and get my credit card processing up and running with Central Payment Corp. I want to be refunded what they have taken out of my account, cancel my contract; since they have done nothing to earn this money or anything that I was told would happen ever came true, saving me over $1500.00 per year on credit card fees, if I was to go with them. I have all of this in writing, which I can submit at anytime to whoever.
