I bought a sweatshirt that was too small. I mailed it back on Dec 20th for an exchange. After a couple weeks I emailed her for an update. She said that things were delayed because of the holidays which was understandable. She also said that she would have the replacent item in a week. That was on Jan 6th (33 days ago)... I have emailed her 3 times since without a response. I would even have posted this but I searched her company and found someone else reporting her on this site. It has been 50 days since I mailed the item back. All I want is the sweatshirt. Awful way to run a business.
