On jan. 26th i ordered a sweatshirt from bigmen.com totaling with shipping was 70.90. They took the money the next day out of my account. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them at all or getting my order, i sent them an email inquiring about my sweatshirt. They replied back stating that i needed to wait 4 to 10 days for my item and that they would send a tracking number when it was shipped. Well, at that point it had already been 14 days! They never sent me a tracking number. So 9 emials later and one phone call after another, and listening to excuse after excuse of why i havent recieved my sweatshirt or as to why i cant get my money back, i relized that i had been scammed. This company is a joke and needs to be shut down!
