Long story short: put waterbed on layaway sept. delivered november leak discovered after use twice. Promised service 2 X no show. Agreed to fair value exchange. Picked comparably priced furniture, confirmed with sales person, at literal last minute as service was knocking on my door for the purpose of removing damaged furniture to make room for exchange, salesperson phoned and said no deal. They will repair but not remove and replace as agreed.
No deal, lousy service is what caused the problem, the bed was improperly put together causing the damage. Could plainly see bed assembled against manuafacturers direction.
Reported to Better Business bureau, State Attorney General, Futurerest ignored both agencies. Went to court, judge ruled in my favor, and Futurerest has also ignored the court order to pay back money... Order was August it is now January. No money returned as ordered by court.
