Problem With xclick-subscriptions Method

I am using paypal _xclick-subscriptions method for creating paypal subscription (monthly). Now i want whenever a user cancel their subscription i will get response on my site. Actually I want to place a page URL on paypal where i can get response whenever a user cancel their subscription but till not success full. Is this possible or not? If yes than how. Please guide me.
