On 11/14/09 I subscribed to do business with Nimitech ltd for 5 days only and, if I liked it, to continue for $99.80 each month. I did not like it, and I canceled my subscription on 11/17/09. PayPal records show that my subscription was canceled.
Then, on 11/19/09, PayPal paid $99.80 to Nimitech ltd using my cash and credit card. I informed PayPal that the payment was not authorized and asked for a reversal of the payment. So far, PayPal has refused to reverse the unauthorized payment.
It seems that PayPal has pocketed the money without paying anything to Nimitech ltd, because on 11/19/09 I did not have a contract with Nimitech ltd.
