Paypal has already had litigation for this same problem that I am having. I had a trial subscription with AOL. Paypal began debiting my account before the trial subscription was complete and I am still unable to clear my account with Paypal.in fact they want me to pay for two months of service with AOL that I did not have. I would rather not do business with Paypal at all. They have loceked my account for over 120 days so I am unable to accept payments from clients who want to deal with Paypal. I can not get them to realize if I don't owe AOL for services I can't owe them.
