I subscribed on 09/09 to do business with Nimitech ltd for 5 days only and, if I liked it, to continue for $99.90 each month. I did not like it and canceled my subscription, however it was outside the 5-day free look. I paid the first month and canceled my subscription. PayPal records show that my subscription was canceled.
Then, on 12/03/09, PayPal paid $99.90 to Nimitech ltd using my cash and credit card. I informed PayPal that the payment was not authorized and asked for a reversal. So far, PayPal has refused to reverse the unauthorized payments and has continued to charge my account. It seems that PayPal has pocketed the money without paying anything to Nimitech ltd, because on 12/03/09 I did not have a contract with Nimitech ltd.
