I have had several problems with this XPS M1710.. I am very displeased how your service had been in repairing this notebook. I have had so many probelms line since I purchased it. I thought this notebook was your top if the line, but ALL I have had is troubles... For ex. Hard drive replaced 3 times, LCD screen replaced just to name a few. I really need this notebook for my online classes, but your company cannot keep the notebook up-to-date or repair this laptop long enough for me to complete my degree. I am asking for help, there is always problems with this laptop... I am requesting a replacement notebook. Please see all the notes in your files. Please help me!!!

If you cannot, please forward this survey to Dell, so that someone can help me! When I purchased this notebook. I was told that this XPS was the top of the line... But I have had problems after problems... Please forward this msg on to someone @ Dell who can help... And this may mean replacing this notebook. I have purchased several items from Dell. I am only asking for a system that works properly. Even if it means replacing this notebook. I hope this msg gets to the right person/supervisor to get things done right. I thought your Company stood by all of its equipment? I hope I was not wrong.
