We hired james eversole, photo masters, to take our wedding pictures. He had promised to go to that outside location prior to our wedding ceremony which he never did. He showed up 20 minutes before the wedding with his girlfriend and a camera. No lighting equipment etc.
Most all the shots were discolored and because of the sunlight, over exposed, shadows etc. Many pircutres were out of focus and had people cut off etc and then he did not even take wedding ring pictures etc. When we tried to contact him he avoided us, it took over 2 month to finally get the pictures which all except the large size pictures, he had printed on a home printer.
Even trying to work things out, he completely refused. Meantime he started a new website, http://photosthatkick.com/default. Aspx which is identical to he other one. We had left comments on his website regarding his unprofessional services. Somebody else also posted negative comments. He took ours out and now you cannot leave a comment under "satisfied customers" even though it invites you to do so.
We have now contact a lawyer and take him to court.
