Ever since I upgraded to a HD box on December of I since then been charges 13 adult movies to my bill. 4 of these movies were purchased on Christmas eve. Christmas eve! Are you serious. This is a red flag to me. At this point after talking with several CSR over the phone, I feel like canceling my services with cox. I'm 100% percent sure My family nor I have order PPV, especially adult movies. We have internet as well. If i wanted to watch Adult material I would do it for free online. All this does not add up. The CSR has offer to credit 6 back to the account, but I'm still responsible for the rest. This is not fair. This is my last attempt to rectify the situation until i cancel my services and go with their competitors. I do not feel I should pay for something I am 100% sure we did not do.
