Lowes put in my hardwood floors, when the buckled and made my rooms look like a skate board park they will not warranty! I notified them within the warranty period, they sent someone to look at the floor. Lowes blamed the installer (I paid Lowes not the installer) the installer sent someone to look at the floors. Then Lowes sent a rep from the manufacture to my home to inspect the floors. Shortly after all this took place I went through a divorce, and have recently took my home back and called lowes. They are now saying "oh you are out of your warranty period". So I am out the Money and have to put new floors in!
