I orderd a bag off of big citibags for 600 dollars, i was unaware that the website sold fake bags. Ive beenwaiting for my order to arrive, its been 15 days, i tried calling and an automative service just tells me to leave a message. I call everyday and write emails every day and no one gets back to me. I want to take legal action on this bogus website! I want my hard earned money back and i want answers from big citibags about what the is going on with my purchase! I want to slander big citibags name so that no one ever orders from them again. How do we go about shutting their website down? Has anyone had this problem with this website?
