I am ashamed & embarrassed to admit that I too have become a victim to of fraud that is being done by www.citibags.com.
I ordered a single item, totaling $250 after tax on a Friday. I had not received anything, so the following Wednesday I decided to send an email. And then replied the very same day stating that they appreciated my patience, apologized for the delay & that my item had since shipped 2nd day air.
Well that was a week ago & I still have yet to receive anything. Also, like many others I have sent numerous emails with no feedback. I paid for the item with my debit card, etc.
I will update if I receive/have any updates. But again, they have suckered another person.
