I too, like a recent customer have been a victim of what appears to be fraud. I ordered a louis vuttion bag from citibags on line under the name of Nathan Traders, I received confirmation that my order would arrive promptly in 5-7 days. Well, this is day 12 and I have not received the merchandise. I too, have paid for the purchase and funds have been deducted from my account. I have e-mailed the customer service department but have not had a response to date. What a rip off!
I will pursue legal action to retrive my funds.
