I ordered a bag from citibags. Citibags sent me a generic invoice to my email telling me that I could expect my bag 5-7 business day. I have yet to receive my bag. They have not returned my repeated emails. The list no address or phone number on the web site. Had I noticed I would have questioned. However after doing a search to get some sort of information, I have uncovered that others have been ripped off by this so called company. They have their name everywhere claiming to be an excellent supplier. I also found that they were associated with a run credit cards at home site. Beware... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I am still in dispute with the visa company to get my $120 back.
