I purchased a wallet from citibags.com on August 24th. I received the wallet on the 30th, and the coin section would not close. I didnt even have any change in it. It was brand new of of the packing. I contacted customer service, and spoke online to Tiffany, who reassured me I would get an exchange to replace this defective merchandise.
I have yet to received my new wallet, and Tiffany told me I would recived it within 4 days of citbags receiving my defective item. They receievd my returned wallet last week, and still have not sent me my new wallet, that I already paid for.
I have emailed them numerous times, and Nathan Traders has not responded.
I need a telephone number to contact them, but there isnt one on their site.
I want what I paid for, or I want my money back.
