On December 12th, I went online and purchased UGG boots. They were cheaper than usual but I sincerely believed I was getting "real" UGG's. I had problems entering my address so I entered my friends address. The same for the billing address. I thought it would create a problemso I emailed the company (They did not have a phone number to call) For3 or 4 days we went back and forth on1 email per day about them noteven having my order. I was extremely frustrated but finally I got an email saying they we're shipped. I had already been charged 107.09.
The boots arrived right before I left on vacation, but right when I got back I opened them and realized that they didn't fit me. I usually take a size 8 in UGG's but these were too small. So I contacted the company via email and told them I wanted a refund. They didn't fit and they fake UGG's. I wanted my money back. We have been emailing now for about 2 weeks and I am getting no where. They will give me an additional discount to buy more of their products or they will refund me 25% for my trouble.
This is unacceptable. I want my full refund and am willing to eat the cost of shipping them back to China.
