On November 11, I bought two pairs of what I thought were UGG boots from what was purported to be uggaustralia.com. I had no idea they were Chinese scammers. The site: www.newstyleuggboot.com seemed very legit, had a lot of feedback from "satisfied customers". I paid $191.98 for them. I got the boots before too long, less than 2 weeks after and I immediately saw they were not original. I contacted the website's customer support within 24 hours and a Sunny (their customer support) kept pleading with me to accept the boots. She never claimed the boots were original UGG. I said I wanted a full refund, including the cost of shipping them back. They finally agreed and I sent the boots back at a cost of $54.55. The boots got to the address they provided me and the United States Postal Service confirmed me in writing. The Chinese told me they never got the boots. I asked the USPS to investigate and they did a thorough investigation, and provided me the proof. I forwarded the proof to the Chinese and still no refund. And now, not even a response to my emails. I want the full refund. $246.53.
