Nicholas Nesser
Installed defective tile and he said he will redo the job with new tile

Mr. Nesser installed defective tile and this was not descovered by us until a few days after the installation was completed.

We notified Mr. Nesser of the problem and he promised that he would return and replace the defective tiles.
He made an appointment to return on Dec. 15th to correct the problem. He never showed up or phoned us to tell us thyat he was not coming.

We have been trying to contact Mr. Nesser by phone only to get a recording informing us that his mailbox is full and to try again later.

Mr. Nesser was recommend to us by the tile store from which we had purchased the tile. We notified the tile store and they in turn have also failed to reach Mr. Nesser.
