Beepers and Phones are a serious ripoff.in i purchased a pager from them.in i paid out my annual term. Soon after, i was getting informed that my pager was disconnected. I contacted the store, informing them of the issue. They gave me a sob story about the company whom supplies their airtime had gone out of business, and that i should bring in the pager for recrystallization with another company.in doing so, i was given a claim tag, and supposedly a credit for the lost time.
Needless to say, after being told that 5 business days i was to pick up the pager, it still wasnt available. A month went by, still no pager. I then called the store inquiring about the pager, and when it would be ready. They gave me the runaround and all sorts of numbers to call. Each number i called gave me a number to a different store, whom, in turn, gave me numbers to other storee.
A year has gone by, still no pager, just stuck without my pager, in which was paid for, and a year of prepaid paging service. I wouldnt suggest anyone use their services. They are total scam artists. It is not cool to call for your items and get hung up on constantly. I hate you beepers and phones!
