I placed a moderately sized order from My Tile Backsplash — A mixture of backsplash tiles, switch plate stones, and a variety of other kitchen accessoires. After waiting nearly two weeks to receive my order, I called up customer service... They said my order was delivered. 5 days later, the order arrived (postmarked the day I called, which means they sent it out AFTER I called)
The tile arrived, broken, cracked, scratched... Anything but in good condition. Not only was the tile broken, the failed to include nearly 1/2 of my order.
My Tile Backsplash is a complete SCAM. Customer support is nonexistent, they refused to send the additional half of my order, they did not replace the broken tile, they sent an incorrect order, and support was rude, mean, and unhelpful.
No NOT order tile from My Tile Backsplash - They are a shady, awful company. I talked to someone else with a similar experience. The company is a ripoff wholesaler of garbage, broken, tiles.
