This company is absolutely ridiculous! I order a stuffed animal as a novelty item for a stocking stuffer at Christmas. Was promised several times it would be here by Christmas... Didn't happen.
I emailed them asking for a prompt refund & to not ship the item as I had no longer had anyuse for it. The owners wife responded six days later saying..
Don't worry, we've shipped it now & we'll only charge you half price!:)
I immediately responded saying what a stupid cow she was & that I asked for the complete opposite of that, andasked again for a full refund. Eight days later theowner emailed me saying that they stopped the shipment, which is impossible & means they never even shipped the thing when they said they did, and he'd refund me some of the money but not all of it.
I tried once more... Three times total I asked them for a refund. Ilet them knowthe only thing I'd received from them was aheadache. Iwantedall of my money back at once. It's been several days now with no response.%.
Yea, the concept sounds cute but the company is run by complete a*holes that are probably doing this from a backroom in their house. Theyovercharge to begin with & don't know the meaning of prompt customer service. This has gone on now for nearly two months... No exaggeration.
I've resortedto filing a report with the better business bureauand a disupt with my bank because nothing else works!!
