On the above date, we purchased a Serta mattress at the above location. We selected a FIRM mattress which carried a 10 year warranty. Within 3 months of use the mattress has lost its original firmness and is saging in the center. A complaint was sent to Mattress Warehouse, Inc at Frederick, Md. They scheduled a Mr. Bill Babyak to come and inspect the mattress. He made some measurements, took some photos, and told us he would file a report. After not hearing from Mattress Warehouse for a couple of weeks, we were told that Mr. Babyak had lost the pictures he had taken and would have to come by and take some other photos.
