I called AHS on Sunday evening because my fridge was not keeping my food cold. I get a call from the contractor Service Connection (Brian) at 10:00PM who put me on their schedule. Brian came out took 5 minutes to look at my fridge and told me the compressor was going bad. I asked him what could cause it and he said they can go, I asked him what would he be calling into AHS and he said it would be about the compressor and if they approved the work he would either be replacing the compressor or AHS would replace my fridge. This fool (Brian) called AHS and told them that because my motor was not maintenanced it caused my compressor to go bad. AHS called me late Monday night (when the approval dept is closed) to tell me that they would not be covering the repair, have a good evening. WTH my food is going bad and you want me to have a good evening.
Calling AHS the next mornining was a joke, I had to request a second opinion. I will be looking to change or eliminate AHS for renewal. Also do not contact Service Connection P.O. Box 323 in Bensalem Pa 19020 215-288-1113
