While I was checking my online bank statement, I noticed a charge of $528.08 from Directv on 12/13; I must mention that I am not a Directv customer, I do not have an account with them, nor have I attempted to open one in the past seven years. So this outrageous charge is completely unauthorized, fraudulent and shameless. I wanted to believe it was an honest mistake, but after contacting customer service I realized that their reps have not made any effort to correct my loss, their solution was to simply send me to my financial institution (my bank). I hope that my story will convince other consumers to frequently check their bank statements to prevent or correct similar fraudulent attempts.
