Last month I settled my statement for that web/telephone/cable bundle. Even though quantity was taken from my bank account by Constitution, they started harassing me everyday for an outstanding statement, along side daily (really sudden) late sees within the email.

Despite spending hours about the telephone having a half-dozen Indian 'customer service' repetitions (a much more hours and hours on-hold), they extended to refuse they had received payment. This garbage continued to get a month - turn off updates, etc.

Twice I sent my bank record demonstrating where they'd taken cost. I had been informed it might consider thirty days in order for them to evaluate the problem, but I still might shed support until then.

At that time the following month's bill had appeared (currently as much as $172.00 for standard services). I settled what kept off the shut off.

SUBSEQUENTLY, I suppose the cost problem was solved, since the everyday telephone calls ceased, BUT, I mentioned obtaining turn off updates since I owed them a late charge about the unique cost that I'd created PROMPTLY.

Time for You To change to Verizon and Satellite Television.
