Fraudulent ripoff activities of the store manager and market manage

About a month ago i went to rentacenter to purchase (not rent) a stereo system techwood prostudio dds54.94ch. I chose the 90 days same as cash option. I paid 400 dlls.in one month.

They gave me a loaner, same stereo but very used and many things not working anymore. I did not mind these problems since as soon as the new one arrived the rentacenter guys were going to give me my new stereo and pick the old one.

One day i went to pay the rest of the money owed on it and the store manager (named Ray) told me that the stereo that i had purchased was discontinued. I said ok, no problem, if you cannot get me a new stereo i will have my money back. He said that the money was gone, that i needed to keep buying the old beated up stereo or get one of the new ones which are way more expensive.

It is not my fault that they have no comunication with the stereo company as fas as discontinuing models. They cannot get me what i want, but they do not want to give me my money back. I got in touch with the market manager (regional manager by the name of chris smith.) He told me the same thing. They said that if i did not want something else i was loosing my money. So i went higher and wrote some complaint emails to the top guys, i never heared from them again until one that will come up in the next part.

The next day i went to end the problem and chose a diferent model, so i would not loose my 400 dlls. I signed the papers and the day that i was receiving the new stereo the managers (store and market managers) stopped the delivery man

They called me and said that i was going to get nothing now because they just had received a paper where i had complained to the main office about them, and that i need to return the old stereo and forget about any new stereo.

So basically they are keeping my money that was paid towards a purchase (90 days same as cash option). And they are taking a vengance against me for asking their bosses for help, which the only thing that the bosses did was to tell those two managers to solve the problem.
They have been very rude, and ugly. I always leave the rentacenter store with an upset stomach.
